The staff at Colorado Valley Communications (CVC) was very friendly and professional from my initial contact with the office inquiring about an internet plan to finish with the actual day of installation. Everyone was very patience with helping chose the plan that works best. I could tell that the technicians that came out took pride in working for CVC. They made courtesy calls before arriving, kept me abreast as they worked in and out the home, checked to make sure that the equipment was in a good location and ensured the internet worked properly before they left.
The tech Rick was fantastic. Wasn’t the first time I have had Rick and every time he has been thorough and helpful. It honestly nice to interface with a consistent service person
Instal for the internet went great. The installers were very professional and friendly. Only thing is we had to wait about 5 or 6 weeks for them to actually install. But it was a smooth process overall.
Very satisfied with service and installation !! They were polite and helpful on all of our questions . Professional at its best !!!!
